Under the recruitment, the companies that conduct these processes for WISCO play a vital role in ensuring that the best talents are obtained and maintained in the company. This involves activities such as recruiting from campuses and implementation of the labor dispatch aspects that emphasize on termination of contracts in case an employee does not meet the needed standards or has issues and so on.

As studies have also outlined the importance of training in companies, WISCO also gains a lot from this aspect. However, the tasks around training are always conducted through outsourcing companies and therefore the companies have to be aware of all the needs of the organization. Therefore, from all the above information about the concepts of the company, it is well established that the company greatly benefits from using some specific models of outsourcing. First and foremost, it is evident that the WISCO outsourcing of HR services has some strengths as well as weaknesses. In addition to that, the processes also have some opportunities and threats that have to be exploited for a better operation. Therefore, one of the main aspects that have to be ensured in the company is the adoption of the best model of HR outsourcing that will influence positive change in the company.

Companies, therefore, have to ensure that they approach this aspect in a more discreet manner and in a way that the processes will influence production. Basing the arguments on the situation of WISCO Company in the Chinese market, it can be seen that the companies in the Chinese market can greatly benefit in ensuring that they adopt the mode of human resource outsourcing that is based on the core competency theory due to its projected importance.
