I am a food historian and author with a master’s degree in Heritage Interpretation and postgraduate certificates in archaeology. I recently obtained a diploma in conservation and, as a former public service educationalist, my enthusiasm for teaching led me to embark on a TEFL course to teach English as a foreign language. Much of my work involves publicity and marketing and I am a qualified copywriter. I am passionate about cooking, reading, travelling and doing research. My extensive past experience in project and event management is useful in my current role.
