I am currently pursuing my PhD in Management from a renowned UK university. I have a Master’s degree in Strategic HRM from a reputable UK University. I have also completed specialist studies in the field of materials management and administrative reforms. My future research interests have to do with public sector reforms, good governance and donor behaviour. I have published numerous articles on the topics of HRM and leadership issues. I am an enthusiastic reader and writer. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies.
