I am an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with varied and broad experience in HR, Finance, Customer Care and Sales within the Consultancy, Telecommunications and Manufacturing industries. I recently completed my MBA (Specialisation in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting) from a top Business School in the UK. I currently work as a HR Consultant in a leading consulting firm. In my current job, I head the Recruitment and Training profit centres, while also managing the internal human resources department. I provide career management and advisory services to graduates and professionals in various career fields. I enjoy delivering soft skills trainings and writing, and for this reason I do a lot of reading to keep myself up to date with the latest management trends and developments, especially in HR.
