I am a full-time officer in an NHS Trust working on various health and research projects, especially for children and their families. I deliver training and presentations to students, practitioners and various health-care professionals. I became a Graduate Member (MBPsS) and Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of The British Psychological Society a few years ago. I have a master’s degree with merit in health psychology from London. I have a degree in cognitive science which involved multidisciplinary studies of the human mind and behaviours. I investigated from different perspectives: linguistics, philosophy, psychology, neuroscience and computer studies. I have abundant knowledge and experience in data handling software packages (e.g., Excel and SPSS), quantitative and qualitative research methods, and research projects. I am a freelance medical interpreter, offering medical interpretation to clients. I was also a private tutor for many years in various subjects, including language and science subjects, for students aged from 6 to 18 in one-on-one individual and group sessions. During my spare time I volunteer at nurseries and charitable regeneration agencies.
