I am highly qualified with a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. I am human resources manager in the public sector where I have worked as a generalist advising managers and staff on a range of HR issues, as well as being a specialist in compensation and reward. I am very knowledgeable in many areas and apply my ‘inside’ practical knowledge to the academic requirements of some of the world’s most prestigious universities. I have assisted numerous clients of Ivory Research to succeed in their studies by writing relevant, convincing and well researched assignments and dissertations. I have also worked for the National Extension College where I tutored working people to write assignments for the college’s Workforce Development and Micro-learning Organisation courses.
