I am primarily a researcher but have many skills to offer in a variety of directions. I am totally committed, enthusiastic, target-oriented, and willing to go ahead with challenging and creative tasks along with my excellent skills.
I received my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and Masters of Engineering in Communication Systems and Networks in 2003 and 2006 respectively. In 2007, I was awarded a scholarship to pursue my PhD in the UK’s number one ranked school (School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering). During my PhD, I have been constantly involved in developing, analysing and technically documenting the simulated/experimented data. Based on the analysis, my technical articles are internationally published. It not only improved my writing skills but also improved my presentation and communication skills. In addition, my research experience as an active team member enabled me to learn and improve different analytical and critical thinking skills. It also helped me to acquire the proven ability to create and deliver solutions that meet corporate objectives tied to business and technology performance.
Whilst undertaking my PhD, I have been constantly involved in supervising undergraduate and MSc students with responsibilities including lecturing, overseeing labs, conducting regularly scheduled office hours, writing exams and problem sets, supervising teaching assistants and monitoring their instruction in the laboratories.
Previously I worked as a Network Support Engineer and later joined as a lab lecturer in the department of Computer Systems and Software Engineering. I am a member of IEEE and an active reviewer for Adhoc & Sensor Wireless Networks: An International Journal (AHSWN), International Journal of Electronics, Taylor & Francis, and IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communication (PIMRIC), Mobile and Wireless Networks. My specialties are:
