I have a background supporting teachers and teaching in primary education. I worked with all age groups and carried out action research on reading and behaviour management. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Foundation Degree in Education Support. I specialize in innovation in teaching and learning, behaviour management and literacy. I have written on a range of topics including child psychology, pedagogy, multicultural education, parenting and child development. I write academic and general interest articles for a range of purposes. I am a keen researcher and like to keep up with developments in education. In my spare time I write on educational blogs including one that I set up myself.
