I am enthusiastic about environmental management and am interested in academia. I have a Master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Management and Sustainability from the University of Surrey, UK, and I have a background in biochemistry. I am currently in the process of obtaining Associate Membership of the IEMA and membership of the International Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. I have vast experience of writing on different research topics such as waste management, financial and gender inclusion for sustainable development, stakeholder engagement and its contribution to policy development and formulation and environmental management systems. I have work experience in four different industries – education and training, ICT and banking and financial services – where I have been involved in areas of health, safety, environmental management and training.
I am currently seeking a lecturing position and aim to read for a PhD in environment and sustainability with the aim of becoming a consultant in the sector.
