I have completed a first class honours LLB in Law and Business Studies, an LLM in Human Rights and Criminal Justice and a Masters of Research in Law and Society. I am currently completing my PhD degree at a top ten ranked law school in the UK. I am interested in all areas of law, including: Human Rights, Criminal Justice/Criminology, Contract, Tort, Civil Litigation and Evidence, Criminal Litigation and Evidence, European Law, Family Law, International Law and Terrorism, Equity and Trusts and Land Law.
My research area is within criminology and human rights in studying the relationship of human rights law to counter-terrorism frameworks within the theoretical context of criminal justice. I am also particularly interested in exploring the methodologies that can be adopted in enhancing legal research and the methods which academics use for investigating legal theory. I also teach on undergraduate LLB programmes at University level.
