I obtained my BSc in Psychology from Brunel University and my MSc in Psychological Research Methods from Birkbeck College, University of London. While reading for my degrees, I received advanced training in critical review skills in literature, statistical analysis and research design methodology. I currently work part-time as a freelancer, writing and blogging in the field of psychology. Once a week I work as a voluntary classroom assistant at a local primary school and have previously worked as an academic research assistant. I plan to continue writing and when I begin reading for a PhD in autumn 2016, I will also further my training in research skills.
